About Earn Extra
The smarter payroll partner
Proactive payroll management partner Earn Extra is the smart choice for contractors, client companies and agencies working in the telecoms, construction, overhead powerlines, utilities and civil engineering sectors, offering legally compliant, across-the-board Umbrella, CIS and PAYE
In such a highly competitive sector, with well-established companies fighting for business and always having to stay on top of tight regulation and compliance, the challenge was to create a brand that would stand out from the crowd.
Shift’s objective: Developing a growing business
One of the fastest growing payroll service businesses in the UK today, the team at Earn Extra realised the brand it had established from start-up simply didn’t reflect the company’s current status and, with no marketing structure in place, it needed the Shift Full Circle treatment.
The core targets for Shift Full Circle Stage 01 were to update the brand and create a new brand platform, introduce new communication channels, improve awareness of Earn Extra and develop internal communications and branding for a more cohesive team approach.
The fresh brand platform provided that much needed focus for all of Earn Extra’s marketing activity going forward, with an initial plan in place to open up new communications channels such as LinkedIn - helping them improve awareness of the company’s services and proposition.
More to do for Shift
However, Earn Extra was so happy with Shift’s involvement that they have also completed Shift Full Circle Stage 02, which involves working with the management team to create an annual marketing and communications plan and have employed our Shift Full Circle Stage 03 – full-on consultancy to help deliver the plan on-brand and in-line with the company’s ethos of keeping it simple and straight forward for everyone.
