Haddow, like many organisations that have grown over the years, was a business that operated as a series of successful yet fragmented category brands.The nature of its highly competitive marketplace, with many multifaceted companies competing, meant Shift had to find a way to maintain and enhance the values of this traditional, family run business with all its heritage, expertise and knowledge, yet enable it to compete and develop at an international level.
Shift’s objective - Making the business whole
Shift was appointed to create a brand platform that positions the Haddow Group as a market leader in the design, import and distribution of its core product categories.
Working with an especially enthusiastic management team the Shift Full Circle Stage 01 delivered a redefined company position and message, a brand structure to facilitate improved brand and product category management and new group and product category brand identities.
