The Prince of Wales Hospice in Pontefract opened in 1989. Working together with the local community the charity has expanded and developed its services to care for anyone in its area with a life-limiting illness.
SFC - Stages 1 and 2
The Prince of Wales Hospice is a leading charity in the Pontefract area which delivers an invaluable service to its patients and families.
In working with PWH, our objective was to create a brand platform that both harmonised the internal teams of the charity and delivered a single message to the hospice local audience. In addition to SFC1, PWH appointed us for SFC2 that provided them with a structured and multi-layered communications plan.
We recommended Caring Together and Working Together as an ethos, and it was this that inspired the brand creative work. Shift started with the logo, taking the traditional Prince of Wales plume of feathers logo and re-designing it to reflect the charity new more engaging platform.
The PWH website, which includes the Fundraisers Friend application, followed the logo re-design.
